“We can not say enough good things about the staff, accommodations, and food!!! But above all, the staff was the best ever! Always extremely helpful, kind, happy and available!!! The rooms clean and beautiful, with comfy beds! Breakfast amazing and dinners so tasty! The chef comes out of the kitchen to say hi to everyone. Transportation to airport very reasonable! Hope to visit Rome again and will stay at Warmthotel !”
“The room was very comfortable and well laid out. The view not so good as it was in the suburbs away from the centre., however the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were ample, although ask for a coffee to be made (great tasting)rather than using the self serve as it's awful. The shuttle service from the hotel runs every hour from 10am to 10pm and was very useful to get to and from the metro. The mobile phone supplied as part of the room service also came in very useful to request the shuttle pick up from the metro.”
