“I was able to cancel my dad’s room despite not being within the cancellation policy due to a medical emergency he underwent the day of his flight without any grief from the property. Me and my spouse flew in from Saskatchewan as we’re Broncos fans. My dad and his wife are Cowboys fans so the plan was to meet up for the game, they were flying in from Nova Scotia but couldn’t make the flight. It was nice being taken care of as I was stressed about my dad going in for surgery.”
