“Did not have bfast at the hotel. We were looked after well when we wanted to meet friends in the bar for morning tea.”
“The room was clean. The staff were very helpful. A free loop bus stopped in front of the hotel was very handy to get into the city. All in all it probably was better than what I expected as I really didnt expect much from a watermark property. It was the only hotel left to book on this night as the Ashes was on and Lorde was at riverstage so Brisbane was totally booked out. The young lady at the counter was excellent and went above and beyond to help us. A pleasant surprise allround really.”

It is just a basic provider of a place to sleep, little effort in the choice of meals, breakfast was not up to standard and when the hotel catered for a private function, the breakfast was a disgrace, no consideration to the staying guest, time changed at short notice and even less choice than usual!”

“Mini bar was scarce only 1 bag of beer nuts/mars bars and pringles and i was charged for a Diet Coke which I didn't have (charge taken off bill) On both days i wanted haloumi salad and there was none so I ordered a side salad and it was also unavailable. The other food choices were very tasty though and hot which was good Otherwise very good. Very friendly staff.”
