Otherwise, guests will not be able to enter the property.<br><br>Please note that guests who are under 18 years old can not check in alone.<br><br>Please note that guests can choose to check in at the reception desk of Wuzhen West Scenic Area Tourist Service Centre or at the hotel front desk.<br><br>In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, social events or governmental actions as World Internet Conference, the Wuzhen Guest House will inform you immediately, but will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage suffered or incurred.

“This was our favorite hotel in our entire 2-week trip thru China. It's pricey, but worth it. Our 2-bedroom villa had a lovely tea room downstairs with a round window into the courtyard. Two bedrooms upstairs have traditional Chinese style beds that were very comfy, views over the canal, and lovely bathrooms. You get the feel of a nicely refurbished old Chinese building, with all the modern conveniences. Really a fantastic hotel”
“因为带爸妈出来游玩，特别订了套房，整体软件硬件都非常的满意。先谈酒店，乌镇是整体进行管理，所以酒店的check in是在景区入口， 枕水酒店可以通过电瓶车直达酒店，上上下下的台阶也有工作人员帮忙拿，所以完全不用担心拎行李的事情。再看室内设施，套房的设施真是100%的满意，一进门大家都哇了一声，古香古色的大厅，配着白茶瓷器，和中空的透光小小花园，厚实的楼梯让年纪稍大点的人上台阶也很放心，房间内也是应着古镇的景色装饰，红色的木质家具和古典中式床，舒服的床垫，赞叹不已。另外，枕水有多个出入口，方便游客便捷的出入重要景点。”
“我们一大家子订了2房1厅和3房一厅的套房各一套，带小孩的很方便。离游泳池很近，可惜忘带泳衣了，否则带小孩玩不错。酒店餐厅的晚餐也很满意，就是没有大的圆桌，不太适合10个人的大团。游玩的性价比不错。”
