“Our room was large and well set out. The bathroom was large and had everything that we required including good space for cosmetics etc, a good hairdryer, a very large window so that the bathroom was well lit. Good exhaust fan in the bathroom and good towels and linen. The air conditioning worked well but was a bit difficult to adjust. The room lighting was good and easy to control. WiFi was fast and very reliable. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The use of the free bicycles was very handy. The TV had some good English channels. There was good space for a PC and good power outlets except that many were in difficult to access places. The coin operated laundry was very convenient and worked well.”

“臨時訂房，因為有兩個小朋友，看是否能夠提供雙人大床型(比一般標準大的)，結果到現場，居然幫我們升等到豪華家庭房，等於是兩件房那麼大，一個超大床，和兩個單人床，外加本來請他們提供的嬰兒床，還有子母車腳踏車可以免費提供，讓我們晚上可以愜意的遊運河，真的是很棒的住宿經驗”
“床墊偏軟，服務態度不錯，環境整潔，附近吃飯還算方便，唯一美中不足的是，連續住宿，房卡居然還要重新設定，不然進不了房，櫃台也沒有告知，要重新設定，要跑上跑下的來回。整體來說，交通是一定要開車或騎車，吃飯要到運河對岸，住宿環境還算乾淨。”
