“The pool and room were great- the staff at reception were fantastic but the cleaners on level 1907 were extremely rude- slamming doors at 8am to wake up guests- rude to my friend that had soup on a facewash and demanded 30 Bart ( the manager with short hair ) it was incredible that a cleaner or member of staff think they can speak to a paying customer in such a way.”
