“when I arrived I received an extremely small room where I could not even open my suitcase. the bed and bathroom were comfortable but the space unusable. the next morning, it took me a while to find someone to help me and they were extremely ehlpful and that afternoon I was changed to a larger room, off the main street where the noise of the traffic and the construction in front made it very unconfortable.”
