“Had to pay to upgrade the room as the room booked was awful. The room booked was not 4* quality so only option was to upgrade to the deluxe room which is average 4*. The staff at reception were very good & helpful. Their brochure is misleading. The food in the restaurant is nice & the staff are nice. At breakfast it's not as good.”
