  • Group Policy<br>The Western Hotel prefers not to accommodate groups of 8 or more people. Should the group be excepted, a security deposit in the form of cash or credit card pre-authorisation for EUR 35 per head, but no less than EUR 350 is required on check-in. Furthermore it is required a signed statement that all damages exceeding this amount will be covered by the primary booker. This deposit is refunded on departure if no damage has occurred.<br><br>Please note that for bookings of 4 rooms or more, the payment options and cancellation policies are different. The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival.<br><br>The Western Hotel offers free underground Valet Car Park for all guests. Guests checking into CityPoint Apartments are also asked to arrive for their check-in to The Western Hotel. They will be given further instructions at reception.<br><br>Directions to Hotel&#x2019;s short term underground parking:<br>Arriving from any direction, follow the signs to the City Centre and Eyre Square. Once on Eyre Square, take the road exiting the square at the top right-hand corner at Richardson&#x2019;s Pub. Proceed onwards on the left lane. Pass TK Maxx, Galway City Council building and The Western Hotel and take the first turn left, then left again into St. Bridget&#x2019;s Place. The underground car park is on the left, down the ramp.<br><br>A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
