“Bed was not a comfortable as we would have liked however they overbooked hotel and had to move us to a room with queen and requested suite and the check in staff were clearly flustered! Room accommodations weren't ready even though we checked in at 4pm ! Room we requested and had already paid for was not available and they put us in a sub standard roo,m above the outdoor dinning area which prevented any kind of privacy on our outdoor patio on the river front!”

“It is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of city life like a hidden gem. Hotel check in smells amazingly fresh with it's signature white tea scent and staff was extremely friendly. They made us feel welcome. The hotel is located right next to a river which makes the hotel relaxing just with the sound of running water. The room was clean and parking was right next to the room. I loved the modern amenities with the white tea scent. Great restaurants were within close driving distance.”
