“Ability to store our bags for the time period between checking out and actually leaving (about an hour between checkout time and leaving for the airport). Also, the hotel is directly across the street from Casino Regina. There's a Tim Horton's right around the corner and trendy restaurants two streets over. Mosaic Stadium is a 20-minute walk away.”
“I as there for the Queen's city Marathon. The staff where amazing and support. The staff came in early to open up the breakfast for the runners and families. The Hotel provided free taxis to and from the event. Even if I was not there for a run. I would stay again.”
“The room was not clean , there was 3 months of other peoples skin on the desk lamp . There was at least 1 year of dust on top of the picture frames in the room . There were indentations in the bed where other quest have laid . After sleeping in the bed for the first night , I got a red spot under my left eye , when I got back to the Hotel for my second sleep , that little red spot was growing , so I slept in the chair . The hotel is not a clean place . At 4:42 am Sept. 25/17 the hotel slid a bill under my door telling me what the final bill was . My final bill was $ 348.45 . This is not what booking .com and I had agreed on . The Hotel went on to charge me for damage deposit . I call the maintenance supervisor up to the room twice . I spent a total of 5 hr fighting with hotel . This was not a good experience . I will never go back .”
“The staff were friendly, room was clean, staff accommodated our early arrival. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Across the street from casino and about 1 km from mosaic stadium. The hotel had an on site Chinese food restaurant which was very nice.”
