“The staff was AMAZING and helpful. They were well versed in English and did everything to accommodate our request. The location was also very close to the harbourfront (called the Malecon) and that area was very safe for tourists with all the police and security every 20 meters.”

“This brand-new hotel is really close to Las Peñas area of Guayaquil and for that reason is ideal for those who want to climb the steps to the lighthouse or walk just two blocks to the Malecon 2000 waterfront development, or a few more to the MAAC museum. My room on the first floor was simply designed, efficient, and inexpensive. I felt safe in the area, even at night.”
