“The hotel is in a good location to explore the traditional village of Yamaga which is only10 minutes away by car. The paper museum provides a good starting point to understand the culture and traditions of the area. Breakfast in the hotel was good. The hot-spring bath is clean and has all the necessary amenities.”

The hotel helped us to book tickets for the lantern festival and lunch at a restaurant in another town that we wouldn't have been able to book ourselves without speaking Japanese. The young man at the reception desk spoke excellent English and was really helpful with everything.”

“大人2人、子供1人で予約していたはずが、ホテル側には大人2人で連絡が入っていたようでした。しかし、フロントのほうで快く対応して頂きました。また、夕食が間に合わないようだったので、大人の取り分けでいいですと言っていたにも関わらず、余っているからと色々なものを子供のためにはこんで下さいました。みなさん笑顔で対応して下さるので、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。おすすめのホテルです。”
