“Staff went above and beyond for my birthday stay, especially in the restaurant where they accommodated for my toddler a meal that was not on the menu and brought it out within 10-15 minutes. After dinner, our waitress Jess was wonderful and saw that my daughter was getting a bit wrestless and asked if we wanted to order dessert, they can send it up to our room. Jess also surprised me with a HAPPY birthday message and candle on my dessert when she delivered it an hour later as requested. That made my birthday stay that little bit more special!”
