“Fantastic room with great sea view. On arrival we were given a welcome tea and sweet. Bell hop bought our stuff to the room, and explained everything (in Japanese). The reception staff were fluent in English so easy to communicate. Japanese dinner and breakfast was a feast with so much going on we weren't sure where to start! Found it to be a short walk to points of interest in town. Quick drive across to Noto Island where it there was an amazing view of rice paddy fields, ocean, land and Nagano.”

“满分！强力推荐！出发前三天就收到了酒店的邮件，询问到达时间以便安排班车接站。从金泽坐火车到达和仓温泉站，出站后所有的温泉酒店摆渡车司机都打着锦旗排成一列接站，很快找到了美湾庄。到达酒店后服务人员先带领到大厅稍事休息，送上抹茶、小点心和热毛巾。然后一位老奶奶一路把大行李帮忙拎到客房，弄得我们都怪不好意思的。晚饭为典型的日本料理，非常丰盛，有些料理比如天妇罗都是吃一会再上的，吃完后告知服务员最后上甜品。晚饭后回到日式客房床铺已经铺好了。无敌的海景房，舒适的温泉，美味的料理，细致入微的服务。总之，从温泉、料理、服务三方面评价美湾庄都是无可挑剔的。最后酒店员工把我们送上回程的摆渡车后，还对着车深深鞠躬，非常感动！”
