“Customer service was excellent, just like what we've read in the reviews, everytime we come in or go out, we were always greeted with sincere and genuine smiles. The location for us was accessible, especially if you know how to get around the place. We were on the 4/F, which we requested, so during the night there were no disturbances from the streets. We loved the warm lights that were used, and it added to the coziness of the room. AC was good, and the blankets, though may seem thinner than the usual, it actually was enough for us not to feel cold. Lastly, we had no problems with the free wifi during our stay.”
