“Great place, very clean, tidy and friendly. One comment that I do have is regarding bar service. The staff are not familiar with western drink requirements and therefore ordering a gin and tonic or a wine can have unexpected and funny consequences . Notwithstanding this, their enthusiasm to please was excellent.”

“整体滿意，房間大景雖然景觀不是園景但勝在景觀開洋，酒店本身應該系一体式幾橦大樓，酒店，公寓，有酒樓/karaoke/按摩中心/泳池。配套不錯但因時間沒有用上。 酒店大堂好大，服務員亦不錯。開車去有免費停車場。對面有個商場有食有行尚可以。另酒店對面過了商場一直走有北方餃子，煲仔餸餐廳”

“1、五星级的酒店3星的服务，想要多两瓶矿泉水，前台语气生硬并略带歧视说只能提供最多两瓶。2、在大堂表示过退房后和前台人员面对面站着等待很久了才被告知只要放下房卡就可以了，当时前台所有人都只顾自己聊天谈笑，面对客人应该注意自己的谈话内容，一直在嬉笑打闹。3、大床房床垫有点塌，整晚睡不好。4、早餐很差劲，完全没有东西吃。”
