“WiFi almost non existent. This was important as we plan our travels relying on internet.”
“We arrived early evening on a Monday to find the hotel restaurant was closed. Asked the owner where nearest one was and were directed into the village - steep downhill walk - told not too far away. We couldn't find anything after walking about a mile so asked someone and they said the nearest place actually open, was about 2 more miles away! He very kindly offered to take us in his car as it was a steep uphill walk back to get our car and we got the bus back. The kindness of strangers always amazes me.”

Breakfast was alright - nothing too fancy, but what's important everything was fresh (recommend coming for breakfast before 9am). Local restaurant/pub on the premises. Parking with a compact car is not a problem.”
“All of the people were so friendly from the desk person to the breakfast woman. The location was great, quiet and out of the way, with parking and then easy access to the local bus stop into town. The restaurant had great food and a lovely outdoor patio!”
