Important Notice
- - One child from 4 to 11 years is allowed to stay in the Double Room and will be charged USD 13 per person per night in an extra bed.<br><br>- Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

“Right in front of the Huacachina, best location out of the rest of the hotels in town. We'd love its colorful gardens and enjoyed having our meals in the restaurant terrace/balcony. It was so relaxing to seat outside to feel the afternoon breeze and enjoyed the view of the Huacachina with its majestic sand dunes. Staff was helpful and accommodating.”
“The property is well placed at the top of the lagoon. The pool and gardens are wonderful! The staff was very helpful upon check in, when they finally arrived to the office, we waited about 10 mins. They got us set up in our room quickly and assisted us with wifi issues. We did find 2 dead cockroaches in our room, one upon our arrival, in the bathroom, and one the next morning when we woke up, in the bedroom. Breakfast was good, we stuck to cereal and toast as the eggs were a little runny for our taste but the other guests seemed to enjoy them. The kindly held our bags for the day as we sat by the pool until our 4pm departure time. ”

“The Massone is perfectly located on the edge of the lagoon and the rooms open out onto a delightful courtyard. Staff were helpful and allowed us to use the computer to check flights etc (the wifi is generally pretty bad in Haucachina).”
