“The staff are very friendly and seem very willing to help with any problems that guests had. They have a few English speaking channels (eg bbc1 & 2) on their TVs. Always good to have. There’s also a secure place for your luggage if you have to check out early but have a day to kill which is very helpful The location is excellent if you work out the tram system too”

“. We were pleasantly surprised after reading negative reviews about the place. It was quiet, it was warm and clean and perfectly adequate for two people. Bathroom small, but more than adequate - how big a bathroom do you want? Location perfect- few minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal station (take airport train there and back). Close to Albert Heinje supermarket, close to where you catch hop on hop off bus and boat, close to Primark, C & A Hema etc if you’re interested in shopping. Close to Pancakes Amsterdam.”
