“Room was clean & tidy and we had a nice balcony view over the river and working fishing port where our dive boar was moored. The location provided a good central place to explore the Normandy coastline and the historic D-Day landing beaches and associated mulberry floating harbours, many of which are on the beaches and accessible by foot. The town of Bayeux is close by with a regular bus service. It's well worth a visit to see the amazing tapestry, the beautiful town and the huge commonwealth cemetery.”
