“The staff on arrival were very helpful, I had paid for 2 people via booking.com. I was told I had paid too much as I had an 8 year old child. The staff called booking.com and amended the booking saving me 40 Euro. The wifi was free and was very quick, Entry to the room was at 3pm. I was allowed in the room at 11 as we arrived early that day. On the day of departure the room had to be vacated at 12. Storage for luggage was safe, and we were allowed to use the little seating area and resturant to relax as much as we wanted. The staff were very helpful with recommending places to visit. Short walk into town, (I had a broken leg and could manage it). Good location for trams, trains and buses. Breakfast was fresh, plenty of options for adults and children. Room is basic but clean. Air-con and heating worked fine.”
