The staff were pleasant and helpful especially one of the receptionists who, when I enquired about using a mobile phone to another in France, was able to give a clear explanation and even offered to ring ahead to Nice for me so I'd have no problem making contact. Excellent service! We also wanted to use the tram which runs past the hotel and were given very helpful information.”
