“Secured parking behind the hotel. The hotel is located on a busy road but rooms have good noise insulation. Good beds, good shower. Air condition in the room, which was great because we had temperatures over 33 *C. Breakfast choices limited but ok. The staff is what make this place a gem; they are super helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is close to the metro thus makes it easy to get downtown. We left the car on the parking during our two nights stay. One night, when we arrived after the restaurant's closure, looking for a place to eat, the manager suggested to get pizza delivered. Great idea and delivered in less than 30 min. I would stay there again.”
“The room was very clean, the bed was very comfy. There were 2 pillows each - perfect!! Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there. The staff were friendly, spoke good English. They had a 15 minute policy so they sorted any problems within 15 mins. We had a problem with the flush on the toilet . My partner went down to reception and someone came back with him to look. They were going to sort us another room to use the bathroom but as we were packing to leave (it was just a one night stop over) we just used the toilet in reception (our choice)very accommodating . They offered us free tea and coffee (we declined as we don't drink it)”
