“This hotel has a superb location right in the centre of Calais. Plenty of good restaurants and bars in the vicinity and private secure car parking to the rear of the building, well worth paying for at an extra charge. Rooms are spotless and the staff very polite and helpful. There is a small bar and a snooker table. No restaurant evenings or lunchtime, but a very superior quality breakfast served from early on until 10 am. 5 minutes drive to the industrial estates with Majestic wines etc. I've now stayed here many times and it's a great jumping off point for the drive south.”

“Quirky comfortable hotel, staff friendly, shower good, bed comfortable....close to shops/restaurants etc. Nice that it had 2 and 3 pin sockets in room so if we had forgotten the adaptor it wouldn't have been a major problem, nice touch with a packet of sweets and a bottle of water in the room (maybe put two in if theres 2 guests)”
“Great location and it was really quiet in the comfortable rooms. Breakfasts were amazing really good choice of fresh local foods with attentive staff who replenished stock frequently. Coffee machine tasted good and there was an orange juice machine that cut and squeezed fresh oranges to make the juice, amazing. Throughly enjoyed my stay.”
