“Usual comfy Ibis rooms and helpful reception staff. What let's the Hotel down are the restaurant staff-young people who don't have a clue about customer service. Had to ask to get drinks,had to ask for bread-when it came 3 adults= 3 slices of bread in basket!! Staff seemed far more concerned about attending to people eating in the street as opposed to looking after residents staying at the hotel and eating inside!!”

“The Restaurant was closed for evening meal due to Bank Holiday as were many local restaurants. The hotel breakfast was a good standard continental style with cereal, fruit, cheese, sliced meat bread and croissants. Nice juicing machine with basket of fresh oranges. Super King size bed and secure underground car park helped overnight rest.”
