- Please note, all guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.<br><br>Parking costs GBP 5 per car per day to hotel guests or visitors to the hotel. When parking, please register your car details on the terminal at the reception desk. For any reason if you do not enter this information there is a chance that you will receive a fine. The hotel cannot appeal on your behalf. The system is designed to ensure that parking is available only for patrons using the hotel.<br><br>Please note that only guide dogs are allowed in the rooms.<br><br>The property accepts third party payment cards; please get in touch with the hotel to get the payment authorisation form for the card to be charged. If the form has not been received the card will not be charged, as per hotel policy. The guest will be requested to show ID on arrival and a copy may be taken.<br><br>For all prepaid bookings, the card will need to be present at the time of arrival, and an authorisation be taken to prove the validity of the card.<br><br>When paying in cash, guests are required to show their photo ID and a security deposit of GBP 100 is required. If this is not possible, you will need to provide a valid credit or debit card which will be pre-authorised for GBP 100.<br><br>Please note that the hotel does not accept cash payments after 23:00.

“We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on the food or service in the restaurant, but the location was ideal to get a taxi to Friar Street and town centre as well as nice on the budget (compared to the £100+ we were looking to pay elsewhere). The room was basic but tv and coffee facilities, clean, comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and a good size.”
“The room decor was very nice. Good room sizes for what we needed. We did however swap the the two rooms so the one with the cot (twin room) had more space to accommodate the baby. It was clean.”
