“Value for money. Breakfast choice FANTASTIC for money. Loved the fresh orange machine. French stick rolls, ham, cheese , cake , lots of tea and coffee. Location of hotel was perfect.”
“Excellent location for exploring Rouen. The double glazing on our room was amazing! It overlooked a busy road but once you shut the windows you would never know. Bed was comfy and the room was basic but clean.”

“Very noisy. Not air conditioning, and no air circulation (fans or other means). Had to keep window wide open, which worked. Unfortunately foot traffic literally throughout the night, load talking, singing, celebrating, etc made sleeping impossible. Parking behind the hotel seemed to attract revelers until 0330-0400.”
